Simon Port Jacques, French designer and creative director of Jacquemus, has announced the opening of our new restaurant, Oursin.
This is the second restaurant of the designer. The first, Citron by Jacquemus, was opened in March this year at the Galeries Lafayette department store on the Champs Elysees in Paris.
The designer shared the news about the opening of Oursin restaurant ("Sea urchin") in his Instagram account.

SO HAPPY TO SHARE WITH YOU OUR MEDITERRANEAN RESTAURANT @OURSINPARIS, THE LITTLE BROTHER OF @CITRONPARIS, IN COLLABORATION WITH @CAVIARKASPIA FOR @GALERIESLAFAYETTECHAMPSELYSEES. SO HAPPY TO WORK ON THE MENU WITH THE CHEF ÉRICA ARCHAMBAULT (WHO PREVIOUSLY WORKED AT SEPTIME, CLAMATO, LA CAVE DE SEPTIME AND D’UNE ÎLE). SEE YOU THERE LOVE
The new establishment is located in the same place as his older brother Citron, in Galeries Lafayette on the Champs Elysees. Oursin restaurant was opened in conjunction with Caviar Kaspia and will specialize in Mediterranean cuisine, and Simon Port Jacques personally was responsible for the design.
The menu for the restaurant was made by chef Eric Archambo. For guests of the restaurant, she developed appetizers and seafood dishes, pasta, salads and, of course, desserts.
You can already reserve a table at Oursin on the official website of Oursin Paris Restaurant
