A new restaurant “Villa Rose” has opened in Abrau-Dyurso. The building of the Villa Roses restaurant is historical and was built 100 years ago.

And today “Villa Rose” conveys the atmosphere of the late XIX – early XX century. The architectural solutions of that time remained practically unchanged. Inside is an authentic interior with antiques and vintage pieces of furniture and decor.

There are three outdoor gazebos on the project site.

On the first floor of the restaurant there is an enoteca, which contains a rich collection of wines. There is an open kitchen in the main hall, guests can watch the work of the chefs. For the banquet menu, the chef will prepare game and poultry dishes in a wood-fired oven. In addition, the menu includes many national dishes collected from the republics and countries of the Caucasus: Karachay-Cherkess, Kabardino-Balkarian, Chechen, Dagestan and Georgia, Armenia and Abkhazia. Original recipes of the Caucasus are presented in the restaurant “Villa Rose” in a modern interpretation. The capacity of the main hall of the restaurant is 100 seats.
