Prince William and Kate Middleton are on an official visit to Blackpool, UK. 37-year-old Kate hid from the rain under an umbrella and looked elegant even in cloudy weather.

As an outfit, the Duchess chose a dark green Sportmax Long Belted Coat and black suede boots. The Duchess complemented the look with a bag to match the outerwear, black gloves and a warm scarf.

Despite the rain, the couple did not abandon the traditional circle of honor next to the car. Prince William and Kate Middleton visited the Blackpool Tower, which is a smaller replica of the Eiffel Tower, the library and the park. They also discussed social problems and medical issues with residents of the city.
