How to make a banana muffin: a chef’s recipe
Many of us miss our favorite restaurants and hotels. While waiting for the borders to open, we suggest making a banana cake. This particular dessert is the most popular in the Fouquet’s brasserie (which, by the way, is already 120 years old), at the Hotel Barriere Le Fouquet’s Paris. Ingredients: bananas (300 g), icing sugar (300 g), sifted flour (300 g), egg (3 pcs.), melted butter (80 g), baking powder (8 g), olive oil (8 g), salt ( taste).
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Combine bananas, powdered sugar, salt and eggs in a bowl, then add butter, olive oil, baking powder and flour.
2. Once the mixture is ready, place in a greased pan and place in the oven for 1 hour. The temperature is the same – 200 degrees. Allow the cake to cool thoroughly after cooking and then serve.
Helpful advice: take ripe bananas, then you can put less sugar.
