“Heroes” of the photo project for the magazine Wedding both dishes familiar to our customers and their variations have become. We have prepared dishes that would not only suit the tastes of most of our customers, but also emphasize the texture and pattern depicted on the plates. Both taste and presentation – everything must be perfect! So here’s the menu option. We recommend starting with light snacks: delicate Italian ricotta cheese with baked nuts, celery root and candied orange fruits or spicy salad with Kamchatka crab, grapefruit and dill oil… Hot – classics with oriental notes: Dorada fillet with potato gratin and tajake olive sauce and rack of lamb with smoked plum and vegetable tian… AND yoghurt dessert with strawberries, pistachio cream on almond biscuit soaked in punch, – the perfect end to the gala dinner from the legendary confectionery “Cafe Pushkin”.
