Ariana Grande acquired a mansion in Montecito (California) worth $ 6.75 million. The Tudor-style house with a total area of 510 square meters was previously owned by TV presenter Ellen Degeneres.
The building called Porter House consists of 2 separate buildings, which were erected in 1700 in England. Initially, the house was dismantled, transported, and then reconstructed in California as a single building. Two parts of the mansion are interconnected by a greenhouse.
The residence has many historical details testifying to its English roots, including an octagonal library with ancient casement windows, loft wooden beams and open brick fireplaces.
The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 full and two half bathrooms, as well as 2 kitchens, one of which contains a glass fridge.
The mansion also has a gym, a basement, a studio area and a garage for 3 cars.
The area around the mansion is no less impressive: a garden designed by landscape architect Tom Nielsen, brick terraces, and stone walkways throughout.
