We know that preparing for a wedding is a special period: it is excitement, anticipation, pleasant chores and anticipation of the most important day. This is exactly how we conceived the WEDDING summer issue – inspiring, interesting, with useful tips and advice from professionals.

When we were preparing this issue, the whole world continued to be in self-isolation. We, too, worked remotely. But the question remained with the cover. We always do exclusive photography. During the # sidim house period, this was not possible. And then, for the first time in the history of WEDDING magazine, we turned to artists. The result is two unique, in the author’s style, covers, each personifying a modern bride. They are united by one thing – both are written by hand, with soul and love.

Let me introduce you to our authors. Sofya Shpurova, a young artist, graduated from The Slade School of Fine Art in London, created a modern art cover for WEDDING. Sophia lives and exhibits in London. Natalia Nagibina is an illustrator, artist, fashion designer. Lives and works in St. Petersburg. Natalia offered us a romantic vision of the bride.

We love both covers. They are different, distinctive, like every bride who is just waiting for the main day in her life. The day that will happen this summer.
