Princess Eugenia’s wedding dress: the outfit can now be seen at the exhibition
Sad that you have not received an invitation to any royal wedding? Now this can be corrected (albeit only partially). A Royal Wedding: HRH Princess Eugenie and Mr. Jack Brooksbank. There you can see Princess Eugenie’s wedding dress, which she wore on October 12 to her wedding with Jack Brooksbank. For the official part of the celebration, Eugene chose a Peter Pilotto dress (creative directors – Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos).
This is a pretty bold decision, since this is not a big-name brand like Givenchy or Alexander McQueen. Evgeniya appeared at the altar in a satin dress with a lace pattern, a long train and V-shaped cutouts on the chest and back. Interestingly, this dress has a powerful social connotation. The bride herself asked to make the cut on the back – it exposes the scar on the back, which Evgenia received due to back surgery at the age of 12. In this way, she wanted to express her gratitude to the UK health system and encourage other girls to feel free about their scars.
