Festival “More-More”: held at Swissotel Krasnye Holmy
The Swissotel Krasnye Holmy Hotel, in the panoramic City Space Bar & Restaurant, hosts the Sea-More gastronomic festival.
The chef of City Space Bar & Restaurant invites guests to taste: oysters with strawberry sauce and fresh strawberries, fried shrimp with wasabi, borage and cream cheese, marinated salmon with glass bread, wakame seaweed and tapioca, as well as fried catfish with celery root puree and tarragon sauce.
Guests will also be surprised by sweet stones for dessert, which combine meringues, lemon cream, chocolate and biscuit crumbs. A special cocktail based on vodka with peach liqueur, grapefruit juice, tonic and thyme will be an excellent addition to the dinner.
The festival will run until March 30.
