Bvlgari Residences: to open in Moscow
The new project will be distinguished by elegance, beauty and a high level of service, which has not yet been in Moscow. The complex will be located behind the historical facade of the 18th century Count Razumovsky’s house on Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street.
The project near the Conservatory includes a hotel and private residences Bvlgari – 11 apartments and 3 townhouses. The pearl of the complex will be a penthouse with a view of the Kremlin and a grand terrace, which will be completed in 2021.
The area of apartments is from 102 to 460 square meters, the area of townhouses is from 465 to 1026 square meters. Residents of the residences will have privileged access to the exclusive a la carte menu of the Bvlgari hotel with a wide range of services (cleaning, catering, art curator services, personal shopping specialist, coach, butler, individual menu from the hotel chef, consultations of a sommelier, florist, image / PR consultant and personal assistant).
At the Italian musical evening at the Moscow Conservatory in honor of the launch of the Bvlgari Residences in Moscow project, guests could see it in detail on the created model.
Guests were welcomed by Attilio Marro, COO of Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts, and Patricia Viel from Antonio Citterio – Patricia Viel, an architecture and design firm for all Bvlgari properties around the world.
